Love this store. Employees are very nice, especially Lisa. She is a wonderful addition to the store. The only complaint I have is the music in the store is too loud. I have to talk too loud for the employees to hear me and vice-versa. Tone down the music a little and my shopping experience would be even better :)

Love this store and the sales are amazing!! All employees I came in contact with were friendly and very helpful! I got 2 amazing bags with the wallets for the price of one online or in a department store.

So today I went to the outlet to be an early Christmas shopping when I was approached by Abby the worker there and instead of offering her help she was trying to snoop in my bag that I bought from Coach basically assuming I was stealing from Michael Kors when I was really just trying to shop with my wife a manager was notified and he let me know the issue would be addressed and taken care of but I will not be returning to this Michael Kors outlet

Decent deals but every single time I come in here I'm completely ignored while the staff talks amongst themselves at the watches in the middle of the store. I going to chose to take my money elsewhere even though I really like their stuff because I always seem to feel like I'm inconveniencing them the staff.
