I am really picky when it comes to my nails. My friends have been coming here and they swore its "amazing" so I decided to make an appointment. I live in the city, but for good service I don't mind the drive. I called to make an appointment and the man that answered blew me away with how accommodating and knowledgeable he was. We decided on today at 5:15. I walked in to the salon today and said I have an appointment with Michelle at 5:15, and he goes "Ana" I said no, he asked for my # then he tells me "you're not in the system " I said, but I spoke with you and had you make sure Michelle can do the design from the Instagram post. He responded "yes, I remember, I just never put you in the system" so I drove 2 hrs round trip just to be told "sorry" I was sooo furious that I couldn't even say anything, I just walked out. I hope he doesn't make this mistake with anyone else.
