My wife said the food was just awful. Always came Ice cold. Was put in Isolation for 10 days. She was to be there for rehab and barely got to rehab. I would not recommend this place to anyone ever

Brought my dad from another facility because they almost killed him there. This place has some amazing physical therapists, nurses, front desk receptionists. My dad and I made amazing friends here. Gehan the admission director took the time to help me with whatever we needed. Veronica the CNA and Nicole in the front desk, Merick the physical therapist were all very friendly and supportive. Yes like every place there are going to be a some employees who shouldn’t work with people. Our experience with most staff was great!!

Staff was generally very good but just not enough staff due to no shows and call ins. Inventory of linen and dishes for service not adequate. Always a combination of china and disposables; you had to beg for a washcloth or your bed to be changed. Some aids were ver short due to staffing issues.
