The Staff is terrible. When given showers, which you have to ask even though you suppose to get them twice a week, they won’t wash the patients butts. They are rude. Don’t want to talk to the Family. Won’t hardly answer the patients calls. Cold food. They should be reported to the state. Only 2 people that we had to deal with were nice. Only 2. Pitiful! They don’t deserve not one star.

I was looking for a good Rehab facility for my father when the hospital recommended it. I was referred to Jennifer by a family friend. Staff was really nice, professional and compassionate. They took real good care of my dad.
