ive been calling them for 3 days straight and even texted then because i wanted to know if my glasses came in, and everytime they would either end the call on me or just not answer. its almost been a month since i came there and still have no way to reach them

I apologize for the late reply and for any misunderstanding!! I checked our records and thankfully everything got resolved. I'm so sorry for the wait, our usual turn around time is between 2-3 weeks depending on the lab. We do offer rush orders and you can get them within a week.
