Messed up entire order called to ask for a refund cause I couldn’t go drive all the way back to Dunkin’ but they told me no even though I couldn’t go back so not only was everything wrong but I lose money in the process for something I didn’t even eat just thought they’d be more understanding about the situation instead of being rude about it

This Dunkin is usually very good. HOWEVER today was the worst experience ever and I just had to share. Firstly, they blamed how slow they were on the lack of being short staffed. Now normally it would be an okay excuse but being we go three times a week, and any other time they’ve had less workers, they still worked quicker than this morning. Secondly, they screwed up our order. All they had to do was slice a bagel, and put cream cheese on it. It took a good twenty minutes to even cut the bagels, and there was a dime size about of cream cheese on each bagel. They neglected to give us the knives we asked for, and blamed it on the two new employees. No I’m sorry do better Dunkin just do better. Won’t be coming back for quite sometime. Oh did I mention we weren’t allowed to get breakfast sandwiches but they refused to answer why?

My donut is only slightly glazed! Unless I make my purchase early in the morning, donut is not fresh. Donuts not as good as the ones from Winchell's Donut (Monroe & Highway 111.
