I am completely shocked. Last night, two of our group of 12 tested positive for Covid. That means 4 can’t go so I called without much hope in being able to switch the tickets and thought I’d be out $600 dollars (since I had gifted them.) I could not believe it when she told me that I could def cancel the tickets with no issues. She gave me back the cost of the ticket AND the handling fee in less time than I anticipated being on hold. Better yet? The call center seems to be in America so there were no language barriers at all. I’m telling you: I walked away shocked at what a good experience this was AND…my four friends will still be able to see the show at a later date! That’s old fashioned service right there. Good job, Telecharge!

They are terrible at what they do. They don't organize their sales properly and try any schemes and what not just to get you the consumer to pay for more for their services which is disgraceful!

Great staff and ease of ordering tickets online. Wish they still mailed tickets easier for some not owning a printer.

Worst website ever. Bought tickets for Dear Evan Hansen. Card got charged but no confirmation email, no nothing. Ridiculous.

Neither can I. My phone says clean my cookies which I have done. This has happened other times as well.

It may take a day or so. That said, suggest emailing customer service. I think they should provide a response, more reliably than the phone number. Hope this helps, and good luck. An organizational overhaul of Telecharge is sorely needed
