Came here to do a phone upgrade. After arriving there’s this sign posted on the door. I actually waited longer than an hour and a half along with other upset customers and no staff were present. Waste of time and unprofessional location.

They work on commission! The young girl lies and adds things to your plan you don't ask for; insurance and the highest rate plan were added when that's not what i asked for. But to add insult to injury my brand new phone was not added to my plan yet my phone was especially for the current $800 S22 Samsung Galaxy promotion. I needed installment and the rate I chose.
