The young lady was very attentive to me and answered my questions politely and helped me to get my accessories and explained about warranties on my purchases my experience was very pleasant especially in nowadays climate of customer service, although most customers represents themselves as entitled, overbearing and obnoxious. So to see a young woman serves with dignity and respect not because you’re a customer and it’s her job I am extremely pleased to be a customer! By the way 4 stars is no way a reflection on staff, I just don’t give maximum stars to anyone or anything there aren’t perfection anywhere there is always room for error
