Staff was super helpful and gave me a reasonable offer for my phone which I accepted. Very nice people and they beat the highest online offer for me. Plus some great prices for phones to purchase as well. Thanks!

What an awesome place of business! I would give more stars if I could. We have bought several phones and also been helped out with issues many times since we moved here in Knoxville. Friendly and very courteous service and they really know there stuff! I highly recommend them!

As a customer I know they do unlock phones but not sure of the price
Absolutely.. They will be fair on the trade in and/or get you a great price on possible repairs But try to do a factory reset if your phone is going crazy it may just be malware.. Good luck repairs
You'll have to take the phone to the store. If your S8 is in mint condition & no problems like FRS locked you'd likely qualify for enough to trade for an iPhone 6S+ - The S8 is 2 generations old now & not in high demand
They wont tell you over the phone but I have sold many there and as long as it isnt broken or locked you will get at least 80-100.00 if not more for that phone
You would need to bring it into the store for a quote
As long as you have the info on the phone and the phone carrier then they will be able to help you over the phone
How much?
I had a 6s and they gave me $40.00 for it in mint condition.
They do.. not for much at all.. they make a crack screen repair kit.. Google it.. maybe worth keeping the phone.. good luck
They wont take it
I believe so too
No.
The same on information that as Ms.Jenkins .....
Yes they do.
Yes they do!
What is the question
They will usually take old and/or broken phones and give you a $10 credit toward a purchase.
It's tough to say, the screen is as you say "completely messed up", the glass is cheaper to fix the screen itself is more expensive. It really boils down to how much do you want to spend fixing your old phone or just buy a good used one from somewhere like the phone exchange. They stand behind their items, I have had to return one and three are no questions asked.
