Made sure everything was taken care of for us and even helped with deliveries. So much appreciated. And also checking in after the fact that we are enjoying our stay and don’t need anything. So yes we are happy in our new home. Great place to call home! We would recommend it highly! From beginning to present we could not ask for better service and such great people. Thats why we were drawn to moving here and it has continued thru out our living experience. This is our second year here. The service, the staff, the maintenance are all 100%! Area is great and close to all things needed and enjoyable! Apartment is lovely and spacious! It is our home not our apartment. It’s a great team to make that happen. I have rented here for 16 months. It is quiet, and all the residents are nice respectable people. The office staff are professional and get the job done.The gym is top notch! Love the availability of the office/conference rooms when needed (especially if you work from home and need an occasional in person meet) Great Midtown location convenient to everything and located next to very nice, family oriented upscale neighborhood of homes. (If you ever need them Maintenance Team is great) GOOD CHOICE!

My husband and I are going on 2 years of living here, and plan on staying for the foreseeable future- we truly love it! Maintenance is always quick to respond to any issue and the grounds are incredibly well-kept. The office staff is also always so responsive and kind and they do a wonderful job at having events, food trucks, and offers for residents. We toured MANY apartments in Mount Pleasant and Central Square impressed us the most- you will not regret living here!!
