Angela with Loy Harn was phenomenal to work with. She was there from the very start from helping my fiance pick out the perfect engagement ring to getting my wedding band custom made to match. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we were completely satisfied throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend them!

They always do a superb job when taking care of my wife’s jewelry…but when her silver bracelet got severely bent recently, we had our doubts. But when it was repaired, we couldn’t believe how great it looked. Like new! Excellent job. Extremely fair pricing as well. They also do all of our appraisals.

This was back in 2020. I had an issue with the pins on my Invicta pro diver watch. The service was top shelf 👌🏾 👏🏾 they took care of issue in no time at all. 💯💯💯💯💯

I have been going to Loy Harn for decades. They took an old ring and they designed a stunning, updated ring for me. It is perfect craftsmanship. I had a ring’s stone sink from age and they refurbished it to look better than the original setting. They are extremely reliable, very knowledgeable and unbelievably thorough. They have fixed broken watches for me with a quick turnaround. It’s always a pleasure to go to the store because it is a dedicated, very friendly staff. There are many reasons why they have been around so long…Loyalty, talent and trust are just to name a few.

Diamonds are formed by both heat and pressure deep beneath the earth's surface causing virtually all diamonds to exhibit small imperfections. Imperfections inside the diamond are called inclusions, and imperfections on the surface of the diamond are called blemishes.
Diamond clarity is the absence of inclusions and blemishes. Therefore, Flawless (abbreviated as FL) is the highest in diamond clarity and denotes that no inclusions and no blemishes are visible under 10x magnification.
Almost all natural diamonds are graded for clarity using an 11-point scale which was created by the Gemological Institute of America, or GIA, in 1931.
Although they tend to be used interchangeably nowadays, they have different meanings. Carat references the weight of the stone while karat refers to the purity level of gold.
If you tend to lean towards vintage, antique, or timeless jewelry, you should consider a round, cushion, or marquise cut diamond. Raise your hand if you consider yourself on the contemporary side! We suggest choosing an emerald, oval, or princess cut diamond in that case. If you tend to wander off the beaten path, a heart or pear-shaped diamond could be the shape for you.
While a subjective question, the sweet spot when comparing the size and price of a diamond is around the 0.70-ct mark. If your choices are budget-driven, a 0.70-ct diamond can save you upwards of $500 or more depending upon the diamond's shape compared to that of a 0.75-ct diamond.
