Hello Jane, Thank you for the question. B12 injections are $25 each. If you purchase a package of 4 for $100, you will receive a 5th injection free lowering the cost per injection to $20. Our lab utilizes methylcobalamin which is a higher grade of B12. Most other labs utilize cyanocobalamin which is a less expensive product. We are also the only lab in this area offering a B Complex injection for $35 that includes all the B Vitamins. If you purchase a package for $135, you too will receive a 5th infection free, lowering your per injection to $28. The B Complex is our most popular product.
