Deliveries are unreliable, sales people need more training on their day to day operations and customers service. Prices are ok, if you want to wait 3 to 6 weeks to find your order. Then you get to wait multiple times for a delivery that never shows up or they reschedule 1 hour before they are supposed to show up. When call Lowes will tell you it's not their fault since they hire independent delivery service. Payless and wait, frustration, and multiple calls. Or pay more somewhere else for reliability.

What happen to having a hard ware store where there was one or two people who Knew anything. Now it’s just kids who Don’t care and Have no Clue. Sure there maybe a Few Good speciality people but good help will never be around if the company doesn’t want to pay for them. They would rather just have higher The. Over and Benefit from the government tax brake. So they look like the hero’s in reality they are getting rich living to The world
