Aproximatley two months back Mountain Valley express lost an incoming LTL pallet , I wont say what was on the pallet , but it had fairly significant value, after weeks of my follow up calls and emails they finally admitted they simply lost my shipment couldnt find it . They offered me a claim form and ask for an invoice to prove value. This past week they sent me a formal letter says they were settling the claim for $2500 however the enclosed check was for $62.50, the $62.50 according to them represents 50 cents on the dollar for the sheer declared weight of the item ..... in other words too bad yeah we lost it but we have itty bitty fine print that allows us to do this

We are not using HTTPS just yet Bruce. This is mainly because we do not handle any money transactions on the site. We however are using Sitelock and our site is very secure from Malicious content.
