I never write reviews and I will tolerate a lot but if I could leave a zero star review for Miller Estates I would. We had lived here for over 3 years and we have been put through so much in that time. Weeks without running water, July’s without A/C, landscaping/construction without warning blocking cars from coming in and out, cop cars constantly, cars crashing into our building leaving us with a broken gas line and rubble that was unattended for far too long, and insanely high rent. I could go on. We were paying almost two grand for a very outdated, 1 bedroom apartment. We had been begging for the last month of our stay (July) for them to fix our A/C and we did not get help. We finally were able to move out but in the last bit of our stay we received a snobby email asking us to pick up a package from the office that we were unaware was there. They refuse to follow through with our requests even though we pay an arm and a leg to live in this absolute joke of an apartment complex but they will berate you and demand you do what they ask or there will be ok consequences. Don’t sign a lease here, it will be a nightmare.

Rightfully so, there's huge rats outside, half of the building's patios are on the verge of collapsing into the pond. Not to mention the heroin dealer they let live here, and the resulting junkies that hang around & break into vehicles every single week. They'll even approve felons that commit abductions & have SWAT raid their building. Honestly, people are better off & safer living in a slum than this sad excuse of a business. 0/10

Hello Victoria, unfortunately there is not a playground set among the list of our many amenities. We do still offer a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, dog park, half court, grills, and many scenic items such as our historic leasing office or the lake in the middle of the property.
No, you should not. Same goes for grills. That being said, a lot of people do not respect this and end up having them, which is really annoying for people above you, specially if others have their air/heater on as all the smoke gets in there.
