My experience is that I was treated for a problem in 2019 and not told to make appointment in 2 months so I just kept trying to get better. Returned a year later and not told what to do. This time I went and they had no record. I feel that at 70 they do not need my business. Yet since I had my ovaries removed I never had any hormonal treatment and I now have problems . So do they care? I am guessing they do but not enough to really see what my needs are.

Lacking organization and communication. They charged me a $75.00 copay upfront despite my being on a high deductible insurance plan that does not require copays. Phone systems aren't working properly - impossible to get a hold of them without routing through a different department and asking them to transfer directly. Fax machines do not seem to be working either as the results from my primary care provider were sent multiple times but never came through. Ended up deciding I did not need any treatment once the results were obtained, but still charged for the visit.
