I’ve only lived here a couple of months, but it is one of my most favorite places. I don’t even know where to start. The gym and pool is very nice, the location (so close to the freeway) has been great. Everyone working at the front desk always takes care of every problem and has really great energy. I highly recommend this place

Avoid this place at all costs. The people that live here are rude, noisy, nosy, and regularly let their guests park in a spot that you will be paying for. And don’t even get me started with Greystar as a whole. This sick company thinks they can just charge you whatever they want MONTHS after being moved out. Our first move-out bill was around $300. It was then adjusted to almost $700 due to us being late on our 60-day notice, so fine, that’s our fault and we could work with that. But now, after paying, and some time later they want another $700. Don’t move here cause they will find a way for you to keep paying long after you leave.

Do yourself a favor and stay away from Metro at Fireclay and especially any property run by Greystar. I paid a monthly non-refundable security deposit that included cleaning upon move out. When I ended my lease I was told everything was good and there would be no more charges. A year and two months later I received an invoice in the mail for cleaning. Utah law states landlords have 30 days to send an itemized list of security deposit deductions, it's been over a YEAR! At my time at Metro at Fireclay there was a squatter living on our floor in an apartment from evicted tenants. Security was a joke and we had multiple packages stolen from what I thought was a secure building. Stay far away!
