When done checking my lights they turned them off and not back to automatic where they were set. Listed my car as having moderate leaks when there are no leaks in my car. Took more than 25 minutes for an oil change only once my car was in the bay. Had roughly 6 employees standing around BSing when the could have assisted with my car. Pretty inefficient. Also with the details they goofed on above makes one wonder what else was missed or misdiagnosed as well.

I would never recommend jiffy lube in Santa Maria. They over filled my daughter's car by double and caused the motor to blow. Even their mechanic verified they did it, and they still would not admit responsibility. They finally gave us 1000.00 for the car. But I had to fight for it.
