Had a wheel alignment done in April. Back wheels fine BUT my front wheel’s alignment off to the point that in august both my front tires are completely worn on the inside. Front left tire inside edge so thin it tore and leaked. Bought a new one and will never go back to big brand in arroyo grande again. Hadn’t posted yet. And all four tires were bought at the same time. I live locally and just don’t want any one else to have to worry about getting a bad job done on their car

Great experience today at Big Brand. Ordered two new tires to replace a flat tire and one other. I ended up breaking two studs while replacing the flat with a spare. Big Brand was able to replace the studs and tires quicker than I expected/discussed at the counter. Saved about $100 in the Uber rides I would’ve had to take the next day! Big thumbs up to their polite employees.
