I'm new to the area. Signed up for waste disposal. I was directed to whitetail. They have bad service. They took my money. Now have 2 weeks of trash going on 3 weeks in front of house. I have called multiple times. Still no service. They keep telling me some is coming

We started out paying 69.00 a quarter guaranteed. Now our quarterly statement is 98.00. I called about a senior discount but they don't offer a senior discount. Two people in the house and we pay almost 100.00 a quarter. Major ripoff.

According to their website they are working a regular schedule.
Of course it’s normal that’s how they keep the prices down it all goes to one incinerator together. Look online there are many many many videos available.

I believe each day is a day late and some hours late to allow for safe travel time. So sometime Wednesday if the conditions are feasible. Curbside Recycling is paused this week.
Thursdays pick up is Friday, Fridays is Saturday, theu should have sent out an email
Try calling them and politely asking them. If they happened to miss picking your's up it would be rectified

Yes I'm told thanks to advanced cancelling all their bucks county customers and Republic raising their rates from 100-300% to phase out their customers they are busy. I left a message and my call was returned. Call on Wednesdays or Saturday mornings hope this helps

calling the office and explaining that your account is prepaid. that your account has pick-up on specfic days, what days they are and that they have been overlooked. many times human error is toublesome, however ensuring clear communication lines between both parties with formally written contracts of service and payments befit oneself never worring about missing a client or missing ones refuse. and I do not work for whitetail. I am certified information specialist and logistics analysis collection agent.

Due to weather and unsafe driving conditions on Tuesday drivers were instructed to safely head to the shop and to finish Tuesday routes on Saturday. So Saturday at the latest
I'm sorry to hear that your trash and recycle hasn't been pick up since you started service. Unfortunately I really don't know the service schedule for Bedminster. Just keep calling them.
Whitetail picks up one bulk item per week for free (depending on where you live), but you have to call them to schedule the pick up. It won't get picked up with your weekly trash. Not sure if they pick up mattresses, but you would need to call either way. They are very nice. No worries

From my understanding of they are 5' and under they go out with regular trash for larger trees you will want to call in and let them know they should still go out on your normal trash day.
Most drivers will take whole up to 5 feet . if over try to cut in half so it's more manageable. Thank you

Read reviews and you will see this company has consistent issues, misses pickups regularly, and have terrible customer service. They are not worth your money. They come at a lower price point for a reason. Beware and read reviews!
I believe you can ive seen people on my street as well as surrounding streets with 2
when we do what is requested and required by East Greenville and Whitetail Disposal in the proper manner to dispose of our refuse and recycling it is very satisfactory.

Generally they do like to limit them, as there are other customers that are also throwing out refuse, I. E. Lawn and leaf. Calling into the office and informing them goes a long way. Helps the driver as well.
They have customers that they haul trash and recycling for, that reside in mobile home communities.
