I just needed to disconnect service. I was there an hour before closing. I waited a few mins and then was helped. Gave them my modem and they issued the disconnect and I was good to go. Quick fast like a bunny rabbit, my mother would always say.

Worst mobile company I've ever had. Colt customer service multiple times and I just want to the actual physical store and there's no way for them to take a payment over the phone or without getting into a long kiosk que. Very poorly managed company as soon as my contract is up I am leaving

Not directly. Call customer service and they will connect you to the store if needed. That is what they told me at the store. I wanted to call the store to find out how long it would take to fix or exchange my gateway and ended up just going in. Within a half hour I was on my way with a new gateway device.

If I were you I would try calling customer service or even corporate to see what the deal is. There probably is a really good reason as to why they don't have a tower in your area.

Probably one of the towers are down. You can go online and see if there are any outages in your area. You hopefully questioned them while you were there. I hope this helps you.
What is being slow in your pc, the entire OS, specific software, just the browser?, What is the pc running when is being slow, several programs?, are you downloading stuff at the moment of the slowness?, Wht is your actual internet speed? (Run one of the speed test out of the internet), how much ram do you have, what cpu. I do have to tell you that I got tired of xfinity because their connection was so slow that it would drop about twice every day, and I had to reboot the modem to fix the issue and that would only solve the problem 80% of the time.
They now have a store on Riverdale road next to olive garden.
Your Technician should have explained everything to you & showed you a phone # to call if you have problems. Look at your paperwork, call the # on the paper & tell them what is wrong & they will send him or someone else to fix your problem.
9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday. Closed on Sunday and Christmas day.
Log on to modem using credentials listed on sticker attached to modem. Once you are logged in you will be able to change it.
