Very slow..place for costumer service....take long time

I have received very good service from Nelson at the Layton store. Ask for him.

I usually wait more than an hour just to pick up my equipment

I've been there less then 20 minutes

It all depends on the time of day I have had to wait and hour before but I have also been in and out in 5 minutes.
