Your Technician should have explained everything to you & showed you a phone # to call if you have problems. Look at your paperwork, call the # on the paper & tell them what is wrong & they will send him or someone else to fix your problem.
It should be on the paperwork. Anyway, that's where the installer wrote it for me.
Either call Xfinity customer service and they are very helpful at fixing issues. Or go to the Xfinity store they are open in Layton on Sundays. If you are trying to contact the tech that was there he should have signed your paperwork somewhere. Customer service on the phone takes forever to get something accomplished, but they really do a great job with customers.
