I’ve called them three times, left them voicemails well within business hours, making sure that they were open and nobody has returned my calls and nobody ever answers. I’m not sure why, but this is quite unprofessional and I’m very unhappy.

My name is Steve from Bethlehem Township and this is a complete and honest review of my experience with j&s disposal services. I've used j&s disposal service for many many years for general garbage disposal I Never had any issues whatsoever. Now, I'm in the process of selling my home and needed j&s to take many of the items that required disposal including furniture. I had a ton of stuff left outside my house on multiple pickup days and I was amazed and without even flinching they took care of my needs. Of course I notified the office before hand to tell them that I had an unusual amount of items to dispose of. I also want to call out the office manager whose name is Susan. She is absolutely wonderful professional and friendly. In a time of moving and while experiencing a lot of stress J&S really came through for me. They're not just a disposal service, they're a family of very kind and caring individuals who take care of their customers. In my opinion something you just can't find anymore. I always appreciated having them, but now I've developed a new appreciation for who they are as human beings. I'm very fortunate and grateful that they service the new place that I'm moving to in Bethlehem. If you need a disposal service in the Lehigh valley do not hesitate to call them. There's no need for a list of others to call J&S should be your one and only call !! You'll never be sorry that you did I promise.

They do a fantastic job. Never complain and always take whatever is put out for them. Extra pickups are very reasonably priced.

I love the service I get from this company. They are extremely reliable & the drivers are most professional, polite, and helpful. They never just throw the cans down & if I forget to put my cans out, they will walk up my drive-way to get them. No other company would ever do this. I use them for business & personal & highly recommend them for anyone looking for superior service from their trash hauler. J&S are THE best in the Lehigh Valley !!
