We have just moved down to Florida recently and had to find a new dentist in the area. We booked in for a cleaning and both my husband and I had a really great experience with Elaine, one of the dental hygienists - she's so lovely and thorough. I later had to come back for fillings (I blame covid and recently having a baby) and, while I was dreading it mostly because of the needle, I was pleasantly surprised that I barely felt the needle thanks to the very effective numbing cream, but also Dr. Hernandez does an excellent job of you not seeing the needle so you're not aware of what's going on. I honestly have to say this has been my best experience with a dentist while living in the USA for the past 7 years.
