Absolutely rancid customer service. Don't come here if you need to do anything other than using the ATM. I had a compromised account that I needed to close out immediately, and when I asked for assistance, the teller refused to help me. There were two tellers available, as well as a banker, with no customers around and said that I needed to come back tomorrow as the banker was booked for the day or wait with customer service on the phone. They didn't allow me to withdraw my money and close my account. Don't come here if you have an emergency.

In my opinion there isn’t a better bank than Wells Fargo. The locations are clean and convenient, the staff always willing to help. I went in today for two separate transactions; both of them a bit time consuming. I was assisted by Kenton Chadwick who is not only keenly professional but also exceptionally personable. I was greeted by Claudia who completed one of the transactions. Claudia was effervescent, friendly and efficient. Thank you Wells Fargo for having such an exceptional staff. Banking with Wells Fargo is always a pleasure.

I don’t use this branch much. I love the Hazel Dell branch at Safeway in Hazel Dell. Friendly, efficient, helpful. NE Mill Plain: Staff is all over you (in a good way)when you arrive and are waiting for a banker. More experiences are positive than negative. I did have one experience when the banker went through the motions but put the problem back on my lap, not even commenting on the frustration of the situation and not offering any solution on their end which I found to be unbelievable. Just told what they weren’t going to do for me.
