Went to Jack n the Box on Gravois and was not happy with service. I wanted to add something to my order at the window. The female worker shrugs her shoulders and then real fast said no, I can't add on here at window. Then she asked me to wait in the parking lot next lot over. I wait and the gentleman brought my food. I proceed to check my order and I'm missing Tacos. I pull around and tell her they shorted me, she says pull around. So, I do and I asked her for some taco sauce because I have 12 Tacos and no sauce. Then with a loud tone she says well that man should have double checked your bag. I said well either way I still need Taco sauce..

On 6/27/22 around 5:30 to 5:45pm. The young lady taking the order was not listening. We ordered 3 combos with 2 curly fries 1 regular and received 2 regular fries instead. She did fix that issue but with an attitude. We also did not get straws for our drinks, my burger did not have the lettuce and onion, I had ordered and I did not get a receipt for my credit card purchase. She needs to be more attentive with less attitude.

Terrible service and location! Went a few nights ago and they said it was "Doordash only." So misleading! Went out of my way to go there and they can't even take my order. In addition, this location is in a rough area of town. There were multiple homeless people all around just hanging out nearby. A homeless lady was yelling at one of the drive-thru workers, I couldn't even pull through the line. There was also trash all over the parking lot! Really disgusting, glad I didn't get any food. I will never visit this location again!

I ordered 2 breakfast jacks, 2 oranges juices and a #4. Once I said #4, the total ($15.84) came on the screen and I pulled around. I paid and waited for my food. Then I realized I didn't tell them what I wanted to drink. I was told that I only got the sandwich. But I ordered a number 4. I was then told that unless I specifically say I want fries and a drink, I won't get it. I thought by saying I wanted a number 4 was ordering the sandwich, fries and drink. The misunderstanding wasn't a big deal. The issue is the complete attitude the worker had with me about the mix up. She explained there were new people working and they won't ask whether the customer wants the meal or only the sandwich and it's up to me to be clear. So I asked how can we fix it because I want the fries and drink. Again with attitude she said she would have to charge me. No problem. She said it would be another $5. Huh? I asked to see the receipt for what I had already paid for. Yes, I had to ask for the receipt to get the receipt. I already paid $4+ for the sandwich. The price on the board was $7.39. Now all of a sudden the meal is $9. She said prices went up. That's okay but why doesn't the menu board say that??? I declined to take the fries and drink. At that point I didn't trust the worker and didn't want to give anymore money. So, I didn't get the food I really wanted and I had a BAD experience. What a way to start the day.

I got loaded Tacos and all the sauce an cheese was at the very bottom would have been nice to have it on my tacos an not on the bottom. The women that work here are very rude an my orders for the past 10 years have always been wrong.

Sorry to hear that Brittany. Sounds like a hatchfield and McCoy feud. 10 years? Sounds like you go there for the confrontations, not the feud, I mean food, lol. So maybe they keep aggravating you to make sure you get your full serving of drama in this Kardashian show called life.

Since when have you started to train your employees to get mad at the customer for ordering and telling the customer what they should get instead of taking their order down? In fact, where do you you take classes from to be so unprofessional?
