Dr. Dalanhese is my counselor and prescriber. she is very knowledgeable with medication and wont prescribe something that doesn't work for you and your needs. She goes out of her way to find the right diagnosis and medication for your needs (if needed), She genuinely cares for her patient and loves her job.

A few of the therapists do offer EMDR. You can either read the therapist bios on the website or call in for references.
I agree with what Aric suggested. You can also check online to see what types of insurance plans each provider accepts. I.e. Select Med, Select Care etc.
