In the process of touring the units, moving in and speaking to the management it’s been fantastic. I’m huge on communication. When I’ve had trouble with not hearing back from my old landlord for weeks. But Kelsey responds immediately as well as takes care of things immediately or gives me a clear concise answer on how things will be taken care of and when. She sets the expectations and goes above them. It’s also so close to a mall, Wal-Mart, Sams Club, shopping district, pediatrician (just had my first born) and much more. I’m so so happy we moved here.

I love it here! Management is great and they answer any questions I have and are quick to reply to email, phone, and text. They are transparent about pricing and what all the costs are up front. Hour townhome is spacious and comfortable, and we have lots of natural light. I love that we have multiple areas for our dog to run around and play. The neighborhood is next to a main street and the freeway (yay short commute!), but is tucked away enough to not hear the traffic.
