I'm sure it's budget costs but, you have to hunt an employee down to get any help. This will definitely be their nail in the coffin.

I came to try on some shoes of a brand that they have on their online site. (I wanted to see if the brand fit true to size before ordering a couple pair.) After talking to the store manager, I was told that they don't carry many of the brands in their store that they have online and they don't carry brands online that they have in store(for many items, not just shoes). He agreed that it makes it difficult to exchange sizes/items, ultimately making it more time consuming for the customer. For a store manager, I found him to be less than helpful and he did not offer any hope for a solution on the future. Poor customer service.
