We've been to alot of Outback Steakhouse restaurants but this one is tops! Our waiter Phillip was awesome. He anticipated our every need and even suggested their new shrimp appetizer that was great. Our steak came out medium well instead of rare.The manager Bradley offered to make us a new steak but we insisted we would be good. He made good by adjusting the check. We were very surprised and grateful. Great manager, super waiter and awesome dinner. Can't wait to come back again!

This used to be my favorite place to get a steak. Today is my Husband and I anniversary so we went there because it was always a no fail place to enjoy a good dinner. It was ruined from the start today. They brought the blooming onion which was absolutely terrible tasted of old grease and over cooked. They brought out our meals - my husband's fries were soaked in the juices from his fish, brought me the wrong steak, my french onion soup was disgusting... I don't even how to describe that congealed slop. My husband's asparagus was covered in spices. By the time my original order was brought out my Husband had already given up on eating. My steak was chewy and flavorless , I got a to go box and gave it to my dog. The manager did comp the meal and gave us a couple gift cards but that doesn't change the fact that a meal I had been craving and looking forward to was ruined. It definitely changed mood of the day. I honestly never expected to leave there unhappy and disappointed. Next anniversary we will go elsewhere. I may never go back.

Outback delivers! The Ahi tuna was cooked perfectly, the staff was amazing and friendly, and a blooming onion always hits the spot. Definitely will be stopping in the next time I'm in Paducah.

We waited 15 minutes before WE were acknowledged, only after I stopped Jamyra as she walked by and then we felt welcome. Jamyra turned a horrible experience into something wonderful as we celebrated my wife's birthday...Outback management please train your wait staff on appropriate customer service. THANKS JAMYRA!
