I can't remember if I stayed here or at the one across the street, either way my stay was awesome. At that time, they were serving diner with drink tickets for beer and wine and the food was great. The rooms were very clean, nice, well stocked with the usual items such as soap, shampoo, etc.... Great staff and One of the better hotels that I've stayed at. Be sure to visit the quilt museum.

My sisters, mom and I all stayed here during a trip to Alabama to see my younger sister for my moms 70th Birthday after she is a double kidney cancer survivor!! We had the best timeThe staff was super friendly! The room was clean, linens smelled great! The kick back was delicious and the drinks were perfect! A must stay for when We come back this way!!!!

Didn't like I was charge a night I didn't stay. We checked out early. However, great location, Outback Steakhouse was next door - walking distance. Comfortable bed and pillows. Next to highway, the mall is a 5 minute drive, plenty of shopping and restaurants around. Free breakfast, pool, and WiFi at this hotel!

Used to be great the new management is running it in the ground. Customer service is terrible. Rates have gone up to that of a high end hotel. It's certainly not that. Have stayed here for over 20 years, however due to terrible customer service and not refunding a early check out. Will never be back. Recommend Hilton or Fairfield they are always top notch when it comes to customer service. Hair on the walls of the shower this trip and I've had to have them change sheets multiple times due to hair being in the bed.
