Great location clean spacious rooms, super comfortable beds, decent breakfast options. The receptionist is always nice & helpful too. There’s pop corn & drinks in the lobby too!

This really is an awesome spot with a great rate, friendly staff and all around what you need in a place to sleep. Staff was friendly, room was quiet, breakfast was good. I’ll only comment that the air con was a bit loud but it did it’s job!

The hotel is in pretty good shape. Our room was very clean, accommodating, and larger than expected. We had a good stay. Why 4* you ask? No elevator. That's it. The chore of dragging our luggage to the 2nd floor was a bit of a bummer.

The hotel was super clean. The rooms were nice and comfy. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast was one of the best we have had at a hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

I worked for drury hotels for 14 years and i worked at the pear tree and there is no guest laundry or exercise room
The Pear Tree Inn Paducah Ky was renovated in 2017. The continental breakfast has been upgraded to a full hot breakfast. In 2018, the sister hotel, Thrifty Inn was closed and tore down. In addition, the outdoor pool which was actually hooked up to the Thrifty Inn was also eliminated. The Pear Tree is pet friendly. The pet fee per night is $35 as of 2019. Since renovation, the hotel is now a smoke free facility. There is no laundry facilities on site but do offer a pick up and drop off laundry service from a near by cleaners. Also offer free popcorn and soda every evening. Two story property with no elevator. Interior access to rooms. Check out our reviews on trip advisor. Pear Tree Inns are owned by Drury Hotels and are the more budget friendly hotels of the company.
