The Farmers Market, and all of the various vendors there, is wonderful!! They have so many different things to choose from, like various homemade candles, soaps, lotions, handmade wood products, and of course a variety of in season fresh fruits and vegetables. The lady who oversees things, Miss Rita, is super helpful and is glad to answer any questions you may have, such as using EBT (which they accept for food) or becoming a vendor to sell your products. I would 110% recommend going and checking it all out!! 😊👍👍

Now open all year. Nanny Jean's sweets are the best. Pitt Co. Fair blue ribbon winner! As of April 2022 new vendors and rearranged places. Good place to visit. STRAWBERRIES ARE IN!

This place is amazing. Lots of really nice vendors and a cool community atmosphere. I love meeting new people here while I shop for gifts and necessities

This market is great. Plenty of great local produce, variety of unique things--too many to describe them all. Music, friendly people, ready parking. A great place to find gifts you won't find anywhere else. Saturday is the best day to go.

You will need the inspector to come out and inspect your baking facility before you are approved to sell at Leroy James. The lady's name is Larita
Starting this it will be open year round. As the farming items stop, crafts will continue to be available. I believe after Oct. It will be open Fridays and Saturdays from 8 AM till 1 PM and after Christmas just Saturdays until the spring. You can check with LaRita Johnson to make sure I am right on my dates and hours.
Currently, there is an annual fee of $55 and then an additional $5 weekly fee. You only pay the weekly fee for any week you are there. Go to the Pitt county website for more info or contact the manager.
I'm there all the time even when it's slow, this time of year, but they still have my collards and other greens.
I think it was Moore's farm? They were delicious!
That I'm not sure of, sorry.
Pumpkins are seasonal fall items, that said Sept is the start of pumpkin season for a lot of markets.
I believe it's 8:00-1:00, T, Th, Sa.
Depends on the individual seller. There is an atm nearby.
