I had a check I needed to deposit issued from a foreign country in foreign currency. I was unfamiliar with the process, but Ms. Estrella with the very helpful assistance of Ms. Erin Cox got it done quickly and professionally. Also, I was hesitant to go to this location because of all the negative reviews of this particular bank. I’m glad I went anyways… I was greeted immediately upon entering and directed where to go and then the above mentioned ladies did an amazing job! So I dunno if they’ve had bad days before, but my experience was nothing but productive and enjoyable!

Now, i am not sure why i see a few negative comments, but i was just there a day ago. Met a mgr., supervisor,of the bank, by the name of Janet. She was so nice, quite well-spoken, professional. Couldn’t have had a worse experience, I’ve been with b of a for almost 20 years and they wouldn’t cash a check. Very condescending, I know with thing the way they are it takes a lot longer to actually get to a teller but it’s 100 degrees out side and they didn’t have the common courtesy to even put the ac on for when you get inside. If I could give negative stars I would, closing my Bank of America account and moving on
