The office is nice and the front staff is great but I was with the Nurse Practitioner for around two minutes total. I asked if she was sure about my "diagnosis" to which she replied "I didn't see it but that's all it could be". Well she was wrong. A couple days later later and I was sent to the emergency room where they actually diagnosed the issue and I am thankfully better now. I emailed Helix explaining the situation and got no response whatsoever from them. This place was a complete waste of money let alone making me waste my family vacation in total pain for no reason.

Front office staff doesn’t wear masks during a contagious Covid variant. I feel like we came in for something unrelated but have to chance getting Covid from people who are obviously exposed to it in their work environment. Ugh.
