Didn't get my package at all, I've been waiting for a long time I don't know why I didn't get my package I've been waiting I stayed home didn't go anywhere.

Driver tossed my package in the snow, at base of my 'not steep' driveway where they have previously delivered. I was just lucky to discover it, after having checked with neighboring homes - for a mis-delivery. If driver was nervous about traction, they could have walked up and left package on the front porch. If this is common practice, them inform the receiver where to look, before it get covered by another snow fall or plowing event. Will give them credit for getting the address correct.

Very UNHAPPY with this customer center! I haven't been able to get a hold of any person to settle my problem with my delivery person. They haven't delivered a package to my house in 4 months and no one will contact me or take a call from me to settle the matter! Horrible customer service! The delivery person I had before they stopped delivering to me was always very rude and always speeding down our road and he also has a huge problem with everyone's dogs around here. He was inconsistent with the way he would enter someone's property and would antagonize my dog. I'm not the only one in my community who has had issues with this guy and their dogs!

Had a huge problem with the overseas customer service people telling me three different stories of why my package wasn't delivered despite paying overnight shipping. First it was on another truck, then it was left at the Distribution Center, then UPS was just too busy to deliver all of their packages... Completely unacceptable customer service. The Distribution Center here and the driver got a hold of me and went out of his way to bring the package to me so that I would not have to wait until Tuesday to get it. Great service from the Distribution Center here, but absolutely horrid service from the overseas customer service. I hope that corporate sees these and will reconsider Outsourcing jobs to places that will simply say anything to get a customer off the line. Thanks again to the local guys here, you saved my weekend!
