Wonderful experience! Brought my 3 teenage daughters in here to find a formal dress for my oldest. The ladies were very friendly and helpful the whole time we were there. We all loved the cat and the dog. They have some nice clothes in there, was easy to find a nice dress. To the last reviewer, Carol Dietrich, mask shaming a small business and leaving a 1-star review over it is pathetic and shameful. Most small businesses are suffering enough already. Go pick on the governor or some other politicians. What a disgusting way to treat your fellow citizens.

I found a nice sweater in here today. I noticed the young lady behind the counter did not have on a mask. When I went up to pay for it I said, “Maybe you’ve just forgotten but do you have a mask to put on” She replied “No I don’t “. So I put the the sweater on the counter and said then I don’t want this. Sad situation.

I was downtown Kalispell, with me friends, for a birthday celebration. We were enjoying ourselves downtown and decided to look into the Refinery. Everything was way overpriced to begin with, you could basically buy a new version of whatever is in there for what they’re asking! But the worst part of our experience there was the way the counter girl treated us! We weren’t sure if we wanted to buy anything there, we were just looking to see, and we had no idea that it was going to be so expensive! We spent about ten minutes in the store looking around and when we saw the prices we decided that we would rather spend money on something else, we didn’t say anything rude or anything, it was just “Do you want to keep shopping or are you good?” “No, we can leave I’m done.” Then as we walked out, the lady behind the counter started saying rude and snarky things to us like “oh, I see you not actually going to actually purchase anything, just messing around and wasting other people’s time.” We had not been rude and we certainly didn’t mean to offend. I felt like she was being almost mean and trying to make us feel bad. I’m sorry we cannot afford your fancy second hand clothes but some of us just don’t have the money! Plus, that is her JOB to sit at the counter! She is getting paid to do that and she shouldn’t be rude when people don’t buy things! We weren’t TRYING to “waste time” (I don’t think that this was the owner). I would definitely not recommend shopping at the Refinery unless you have a lot of money, or else you may not be treated well....

Im from Fort Worth Texas, we were traveling through Kalispell and spent the night in the Historic Kalispell Hotel. We walked past Re-Finery Shop that night. I had found my Coach purse in the window ive been wanting, We woke up the next morning and popped in amd bought that purse! LOVED THE WHOLE STORE!!! I wish there were one in Fort Worth!!!
