NEED a NEW POSTMASTER in Kalispell MT!!! The people at the counter, Meridian and on 2nd Ave W are awesome, extremely helpful. The posted 1-800 phone number does not work. The carriers at my new address are EXCELLENT! When I lived on 3rd Ave the carrier Lisa was horrible. I'm still getting LOCAL mail from 12/11/2020 b/c apparently she can't forward my mail. I understand people's frustration, she's been tampering with my mail for well over a year now. AGGRAVATING to say the very least. BUT the people on Meridian and 2nd Ave W are always very good!

I work out of state. I needed my mail held. I work 6 weeks at a time. The post master refused to hold my mail that long. He told me to bring a doctor's note then he'd do it. I told him I have to work. He told me he didn't care there was nothing he could do because in his words. "This isn't a storage shed.". Shame on this place

This USPS has the nicest, most helpful staff! They are always apologetic for the long wait times when busy. Like most businesses in town, they are doing the best they can with the lack of staff. If you are one of the people that only has bad experiences here, take a look in the mirror. Kind, patient people get kindness in return. I thought we learned that as children.
