How big of a uhaul? Honestly, I highly doubt it. Typically the garages down there are low/small.

Is there an elevator in the condo buildings?

Yes, definitely elevators. Hallways in 630-720 S Sapodilla open on the gardens. Lovely! Plus you aren’t inside in hallways. Plus opportunity for cross-ventilation.

Are there apartments available for the month of February? We are somewhat flexible about the dates.
