I'm long overdue leaving this review. I'm a distance runner with persistent low back pain that I made flair up when trying out strength training. I was literally lying on the couch with heating pads, unable to do anything. I couldn't run and was miserable. I was seeing a physical therapist and doing 30+ minutes a day of PT work with no relief. I was suspect of chiropractors in general but desperate, and decided to see Dr. Gavin. Gavin assessed my running form, and current pt routine, and turned it on it's head. He gave me different exercises to do at home that were very effective, and we did deep stretches during the office visits. I was able to start running again and within a couple months I got my half marathon PR.

Gavin has helped me with some back issues. He provided me with some customized exercises that I do at home - they definitely have been helping, along with in-office therapy he's done. I did some research before choosing him, and find he is very nice, caring, highly professional, and most importantly - effective. I am not young - he made me feel welcome and comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend him if you are having back problems.

I worked with Dr. Gavin Sangrey for a shoulder injury this Fall. He was very helpful and easy to work with. I really liked the combination of both chiropractic treatment as well as physical therapy. What I really liked is he created plans to ensure I could work at home on exercises to feel better and my injury was better pretty fast! I would definitely recommend him for any injuries or pain!

Gavin has helped me tremendously. I spend a lot of time working on a computer and end up with tightness in my neck, shoulders, and low back. Gavin keeps my back and hips aligned and pain free!

No, in Massachusetts you do not need a medical referral to see a chiropractor. That said, we feel that a collaborative approach to health is always best. Upon request, we will send your PCP a report of the care you receive with us. Gavin Sangrey, DC Owner
Yes. The most convenient parking is in the Church Street lot ($1/hour) - directly adjacent to our building (30 Church Street). If that lot is full, street parking or the Museum Place Garage is your next best bet. Gavin Sangrey Owner | MoveMore Performance Health
