Update: They allowed paint chipping on a SATURDAY? Not only can I not enjoy a day off or a sick day or work from home bc of this mess of a project, they now are violating my Saturday!! It's interesting how many low star reviews have somehow disappeared including mine. Management is awful, I had the dishonor of being here a year. I have never felt so disrespected nor uncared for by staff and management in my life. Never return calls or emails and very nasty or just unhelpful when they do. I had a broken AC for a week bc they refused to let the company in the building and after they left, management suddenly came up with a list of approved vendors?! You couldn't have given that to us the moment we said someone is coming to fix the AC? 🙄 Megan is the worst of them, is it FirstService's initiative to find the nastiest people with the biggest attitude to work for them? Stay far away!

I lived there for a over a year, and never again, the building is nice and has a very convenient location but the management is pretty inefficient, never a positive attitude and never helpful, all the way around, they make everything into a mission, even after I moved out, I left a couch behind that couldn’t fit in my storage and had to arrange for a friend to take the couch out and they asked me for a $1000 deposit just to move a single couch out, very extreme and they will not give you other options to try and help, and the list goes on. I won’t really recommend this place for a friend.
