I’ve been doing Amazon Flex and by far this is the worst location. They take a very long time to give you your cart and start screaming at you after 2 minutes not even giving atlease 5-7 minutes to scan and pack my deliveries. They are very rude. And yell at you like cattle ! They never good priced blocks compared to the other facilities in Florida ! I’m going to stop this gig just because of how I’ve been treated.

Very sad that Mr.Garcia did what he did he profile me in a ugly way I don’t know what it is with this guy but he cause me not to continue my training on day 2 and said I was sleeping and late after having a 45 min lunch break he kept telling stories after stories and there was people sleeping in my group as well he fell asleep and forgot that the slide show was repeating it. Video twice 😳 I was told by HR to be there at 8:15 am I got there to the tint and he said we can not do this as if he had a issue with me I passed my day 1 trading exam and everything he stated he said I had to be there at 8am are 8:10am but the email specifically says 8:15am and I was there I just think he wanted to make a example out of me as black men Haitian American this is not right Amazon needs to further investigate this because I was not the only one ☝🏾 who was late ⏰ in the breaks that we had 5/24/2022 I’m not sure 🤔 what went wrong here but he crossed the line and embarrassed me this was very unprofessional what he did DSP GROUP DAJL needs to do something and they didn’t very sad that employment had come to this and I’m a CDL Diver just said they refused to allow me to continue in the training like the always say NO means Next opportunity but this was a straight gut punch of discrimination on all levels hope someone shares this Greg, Daniel , Sandy from human resource and David the Owner What happened here ?
