The seem to actively care about their clients families and lives, trying to help them be able to integrate into society to be able to maintain a job and housing. They have a huge list of referrals for places to go for assistance and support.

Usually it's monthly. So if you haven't met with your PO in over a month. It would be a good idea to head on into the office.
It would depend on what your crime was and why you went to prison in the first place. There are certain crimes that would make a person(s) unable to be released from a halfway house into a hotel/motel living situation. My best guess, would be to calmly and rationally speak to your parole officer, and ask who you would need to talk to, to about your living and release from halfway house situation.
I'm sorry I don't have any answer for this question
well...first off this is not reccomended. they aint going to help you. you should know this from your interaction with the police and courts. however, the proceedure is... you must first adress it with your officer. if nothing is done then go to their supervisor. if still you get no results then go to the state police internal affairs group. so basically they expect you to report it to the blue wall and hope it doesnt fall down on you.
Yes... You have to go to your probation/parole officer and file an interstate compact it costs about $75 & they will submit it to the state you want to live. They will accept or deny you. You must have an address that is verifiable to move to. It's easy peasy
When I was at the Office. It lookes like there is two kiosks there ? You'll have to go in and ask the officer or the ladies at the front desks. They will either tell you to write a check to whom ever you need to, or maybe the kiosk and get money off your credit card?
Nope
He needs to report to ap&p within 24hrs of his release. He doesnt need paper work from the prison. If he knows he does he needs to get down there and report in. Best case scenario is he they tell him hes done no ap&p supervision needed..
The norm would be to take you straight to the prison and bypass the jail.
That depends on what you are being seen for. If it's for a PSR, then it won't be until after sentencing. Sometimes the PO will have you come back after a week. If you are not assigned a PO yet, then you should report weekly until you are assigned one.
Text your PO. Or talk to them at your next office.
Go to the building and ask for their supervisor.
Call your lawyer get the order, take that to your probation office
Call the probation office or po's phone number
CCS
Rat
Contact your old probation officer
You can reschedule it but if you PO has to decide if it is a good reason. If it is something that can be done later like visiting a family member in provo it would be a no.
Call UDC Administration in Draper
