Wow, I will NEVER bank with EECU. I simply went in to ask if they could break a bill, because, you know, it's money, kinda their "thing" right? Well the lady looked at me disgusted and said "we only do that for members". I looked at her in disbelief, "you can't exchange money?". Like I get that there may be policies in place that I don't know about but the snarl on her face and complete lack of customer service blew me away.

Yes, we have a self-service coin machine for our members at this location.

On 8/29/18 I purchased an EECU Visa Gift Card in the amount of $80.00 from the Fowler/Herndon location. The card was stolen from a card I mailed. Is there any way to trace or find out if the card has been spent. Is there any recourse on my part?

If you registered the card it can be replaced if it is lost or stolen. You can call 800.721.3978 to speak with a customer service representative about the card.
