This place is a horrible place. They couldn't care less about their tenants. They make up stuff to give u warnings about. And unless u confront them on it, well idk bcuz I do call em out. They have no accountability for anything. Including if u or ur guest slip n fall on ice.... YOU are responsible!! U can't smoke 25 feet from any entrance. But you can smoke on ur balcony. There is NO HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES FOR SOMEONE IN A WHEEL CHAIR. ALL STAIRS TO GET IN OR OUT OF apartment. They charge fees for stuff that doesn't even work!! And careless about BLACK MOLD IN UR PLACE!!! PAINT WALLS AFTER REPAIRING THEM BUT DO NOT SAND IT DOWN. Ridiculous. To get a job in maintence the requirements r can u plunger a toilet?? Emergency maintenance... Ha! They don't answer or call back on weekends or after hours! There was a leak from them uncovering swamp coolers end of may! It took thru memorial weekend for them to even come look. Knowing they broke water line. Until after the weekend. Our laundry room ceiling fell in electrical and all. Then another 2 weeks to fix the dishwasher leaking terrible smelling water through kitchen. Someone sink cracked from earth quake and 2years go by no one fixed it it finally fell out of the counter. So u decide is this really some place you want to live? Some are stuck here bcuz it costs so much to move out. You have to give 2 months notice or they charge you anyway. Its costs $1950. For some places per month if ur late!! Nice right?

Our family has been here for a few years now and just wanted to shout out the new management. They have completely changed the atmosphere of the apartments. Greg keeps his word, is quick to respond to any issues, and very easy to work with.

My daughter started living here in January and the administrator who was there was very rude, they cleaned the apartment a bit to be able to rent it but it is in such a condition that even the floor is raised, thank God a new administrator arrived and it shows the favorable changes that he is making already this weekend come to put the new floor in my daughter's apartment and most importantly the new administrator has taken care to personally inspect all the units the only bad thing we see is that there are many Latino people who They do not speak English, and they should support the new administrator with a Spanish-speaking secretary. It would be perfect. So that there is better communication with the tenants.
