WORST EXPERIANCE EVER!!!!!!!! around 1pm on Saturday Aug 13th. we have never experience such extremally rude and unprofessional service IN MY LIFE! guy refused to print us a return label for amazon package and was short and dismissive , poor body language and domineer towards us. after going outside and googling were to get printing service of COURSE, UPS pops up. so we went back in to ask why he didn't offer service. again EXTREAMY rude . told us he was the Owner , he wouldn't provide us with his name , we ask who was above him he SAID " ONLY GOD". UNBELEIVABLE. feel bad for the bad example he set for the kid working in the store also. i will be following up and there needs to be repercussions!!!!! pleas follow up with us asap. i will be reaching out to corporate and following up Monday hopefully with your branch manager.!!!

As soon as I stood in line to drop off a return two employees were arguing behind the cash wrap. You could tell everyone in line was uncomfortable because there was a awkward silence. The employees were very rude to the customers ahead of me. Very unprofessional location.

Worst store ever. I took an envelope that had a $1.85 price tag on it and he said it's $5. "Talk with the manager, but the manager gets there whenever he wants to?

Employees inside at 750am, store opens at 800am.....it's 810am and employees just looks at the 5 people waiting outside !!!! Some of us have to go to WORK !!!!!!
