Horrible Customer Service... I needed a window well delivered to our jobsite (the next day) and was told by "Matt" their employee, that there would be a "delivery charge" (which of course I had expected) but then he say's to me, that he was not going to send it out to my jobsite, because there weren't any other deliveries that were going out that way! So, I had to pull one of my guys off a job, to go and get it... And to think I've been giving them my business for some pretty big jobs! A word of advise... If you want to keep your contractors, then start by changing your attitudes towards them, there are plenty of other lumber yards around that would only be to happy to accommodate me for a purchase I made at their store...
