Currently crying right now, it was our puppy’s first hair cut and she did SUCH A GREAT JOB! He looks so handsome and smells so good, what got me emotional is that she made this cute ornament for our Christmas tree with a little bunch of his fur from his first hair cut in a glass ball! Definitely will be coming here regularly!

I have been going to Wagging Tails for a while now and my dog enjoyed it there. I recently had an issue that upset very much. I reacted instead of talking to the owner before changing my review so harshly. I had a 5 star review which I had changed to a 1 but I am again updating after speaking with the her. We talked over the issues I had. Some of them were with another groomer that had worked there and were not the owner's fault at all and I had spoken to her directly. The owner did not know about any of this. There is an issue we couldn't come to an agreement on which will continue our parting of ways. The main issue I had though was a reaction I thought was to a shampoo that gave my dog a "burn" like reaction. The groomer said she has been using the same the same shampoo so apparently my dog may have become sensitive to it or has another allergy or something else either mixed (air particles, etc. she's allergic to everything) before or after that caused the reaction. I am sorry for over reacting, but I do love my baby, and with her allergies she doesn't need other problems....I did talk to the owner, she's really unprofessional. She didn't keep complete records of my dog which led to her cutting her wart repeatedly. She thought that was funny I kept bringing that up. Well that was only one of our unresolved disagreement. Unfortunately it is now costing me more, but more importantly it's costing my dog.

The groomer-owner is a very caring lady. My 2 little dogs always look great when I pick them up and the pricing is very reasonable.

Absolutely wonderful! Anja the owner is passionate about pets and it shows! She is very affordable and offers discounts if you return within a certain amount of time. Will be sad when I move and I can't find a groomer like her.
